The Sunshine Garden Quilt by Jason Yenter is a Beautiful Quilt Created for “In the Beginning Fabrics”!

This quilt is a compilation of 12 beautifully pieced blocks with overlay raw edge applique.  The applique is intended to be fused down, and then the edges stitched by machine. Educator Linda Holmes has digitized the appliques for embroidery and created cut files for an electronic cutter to make this quilt much easier to create.  Each block will require multiple hooping’s, which will teach you the positioning features of your machine.

Class one will be organizing the fabrics and the basics of the cut files.  You will bring your computer and your cutter, the kit, and Heat N Bond Lite fusible web.

Each class after that will complete two blocks.
